Officially, AFP says most online non-fingerprint certificates are completed within days, while fingerprint checks take 15 to 30 business days. EGS can discuss faster handling on some Australian-side steps, but only after checking whether the file is non-fingerprint or fingerprint-based.

• For Canadian immigration-related police certificates, fingerprints must be submitted electronically to the RCMP CCRTIS system
• Electronic fingerprint submission from outside Canada is not directly available; overseas ink fingerprints must be digitised by an accredited company within Canada
• Paper submissions are not processed for that RCMP route

• Two valid IDs should be ready before screening
• For RCMP routes, original notarised or officially stamped fingerprint card is usually the workable starting point
• For selected non-fingerprint routes, informed-consent scan and route purpose should be checked separately

• For legalisation, GOV.UK states that ACRO police certificates for England and Wales are not eligible for an e-Apostille

GOV.UK currently describes ACRO police certificate service windows as 20 days or 2 days. EGS still treats urgency as file-dependent, because weak address proof or missing authority paperwork can still stop the case from moving cleanly.

• SPF requires documentary proof that the COC is required and the purpose of the COC
• Applicants who are not using Singpass but previously held a FIN must submit fingerprint impressions recorded by an authorised institution
• SPF currently issues the COC digitally and states full documentation is needed before approval

• Passport copy and Singapore pass copy, including prior FIN information where relevant
• White-background photo and usable fingerprint record where the route requires it
• Letter or screenshot from the requesting authority showing the certificate requirement
• Personal background details such as address, purpose, family status, and prior residence or study history where requested
