Postal handling
Post your documents to us
If your file needs original handling, wet-sign execution, original review, or you simply prefer postal handling, use this checklist first and contact EGS for a final double-check before posting.
Step 1
Confirm the document and use requirements first
- Identify the document you need to use overseas, the destination country, and the intended use.
- Confirm whether the route is Apostille or Legalisation.
- Notarial statements and supporting requirements can vary between notaries and lawyers, so do not rely on an old template alone.
Step 2
Optional: send us a scan first for a double-check
This step is optional, but if you are unsure about the route, supporting documents, or whether postal handling is suitable, send us a scan or clear photo first. We can then help double-check the route, supporting documents, and whether a passport copy, supporting pages, or authority pages should also be included.

Step 3
Pack the file properly before posting
- Place the file in a waterproof document sleeve or file holder before packing it for post, to reduce the risk of moisture damage, bending, or corner wear in transit.
- Include your name, email, phone number, and intended use inside the parcel.
- Domestic return is usually handled by Australia Post and overseas return is usually handled by DHL.
Step 4
Please address the parcel using the details below
We do not accept mailing cash and we do not recommend sending high-value items. We do not guarantee against loss, delay, or third-party carrier risk in transit.
Keep and upload your tracking number after posting. If you are posting originals, court papers, wet-sign documents, or grouped files, contact us first to confirm packaging and handling. Final acceptance and any extra document requests remain subject to review.
