Official baseline
- The Australian Embassy in Kuwait says Australian official documents for use in Kuwait should be attested by DFAT in Australia and then the Australian Embassy in Kuwait
- Australian National Police Checks also need Kuwaiti Embassy handling in Canberra
- Educational documents may require extra verification depending on the institution type and whether the file is Australian or foreign
