7.2 These measures include, where appropriate:

  • Access controls limiting staff access to personal information on a need-to-know basis
  • Secure storage of authentication credentials using industry-standard encryption
  • Regular review of our security practices

8.4 When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it securely.
