Who This Service Is For

Our notarisation and legalisation support is designed for individuals, families and businesses who need their documents accepted outside their home country.

Typical situations:

  • Opening overseas bank accounts or investment accounts.
  • Using company documents in another country (e.g. incorporation, directors, shareholders).
  • Providing ID, KYC or proof of address for foreign institutions.
  • Submitting personal documents for immigration, study or marriage abroad.

What we coordinate:

  • Notarial acts performed independently by an appointed Notary Public (where required).
  • Apostille via the relevant government authority (e.g. DFAT for Hague Convention countries).
  • Consular legalisation via the relevant embassy or consulate for non-Hague jurisdictions.
  • Where necessary, certified translation via trusted partners.

Documents We Commonly Handle

Every case is different, but many clients come to us for support with the following types of documents.

Personal documents:

  • Birth, marriage and divorce certificates.
  • Police checks and background checks.
  • Academic transcripts and qualification certificates.
  • Powers of attorney and declarations.

Corporate documents:

  • Certificates of incorporation and good standing.
  • Board resolutions and shareholder resolutions.
  • Share registers and beneficial ownership documents.
  • Contracts, mandates and banking-related documentation.

How the Process Works

Each destination country has its own rules. We help you understand the path your documents need to follow so you do not repeat steps or miss a requirement.

1. Initial review – You send us clear scans of your documents and details of the country where they will be used. We outline the likely pathway (notary only, apostille, or apostille + embassy).

2. Notary & apostille – Where required, we coordinate notarisation and then apostille/legalisation through the relevant authority.

3. Embassy / consulate legalisation – For countries that are not part of the Hague Apostille Convention, we work with the relevant embassy or consulate to complete the final legalisation step.

4. Delivery – Completed documents can be returned to you or forwarded directly to your chosen institution, according to local rules and your preference.
