How the Process Works
Each destination country has its own rules. We help you understand the path your documents need to follow so you do not repeat steps or miss a requirement.
1. Initial review – You send us clear scans of your documents and details of the country where they will be used. We outline the likely pathway (notary only, apostille, or apostille + embassy).
2. Notary & apostille – Where required, we coordinate notarisation and then apostille/legalisation through the relevant authority.
3. Embassy / consulate legalisation – For countries that are not part of the Hague Apostille Convention, we work with the relevant embassy or consulate to complete the final legalisation step.
4. Delivery – Completed documents can be returned to you or forwarded directly to your chosen institution, according to local rules and your preference.
